PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the operation burden on the operator by constituting a system which FAXes trouble contents automatically to station staff as to trouble, such as a bill end and a near end, that a current operator has handled through telephone, etc. SOLUTION: If trouble occurs to an automatic teller machine installed in an outside CS corner 3, trouble information is sent to a centralized monitor device 1-1 through a communication network 5 from the automatic teller machine 3-1. The centralized monitor device 1-1 after receiving the trouble information judges whether or not the contents of the trouble needs to be FAXed to a FAX 4-1 in a maintenance center 4 from a bit in the trouble information message. When the bit is 'ON', the detailed state of the trouble is displayed on a screen and the screen data are sent to the FAX 4-1 at the maintenance center 4. At the maintenance center 4, a customer engineer confirms the contents and goes to the site (outside CS corner 3) to handle the trouble. |
