PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the system to receive a telephone number of the user by providing a mobile telephone set, making dialing and receiving an incoming call with a telephone number stored in a telephone card and a radio base station registering the telephone number stored in the telephone card as a telephone number of the mobile telephone set. SOLUTION: In the case that a telephone card 2 is loaded to a portable telephone set 1, a control section 1a stores a telephone number stored in the telephone card 2 to an internal memory and conducts succeeding communication control, based on the telephone number of the telephone card 2 stored in the internal memory. In the case of dialing, the telephone number of the telephone card 2 and a telephone number assigned, in advance to the portable telephone set 1, are sent to a radio base station 3. Upon the receipt of the telephone number of the telephone card 2, a control section 3a of the radio base station 3 regards its call as a valid call for conducting communication processing and when the speech is finished, the control section 3a adjusts the speech charge and sends the result to the portable telephone set 1, together with the telephone number of the telephone card 2. |
