摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the exact tracking of a defect to be measured even when measuring the defect while being irradiated with measuring light at plural different angles. SOLUTION: When tracking is started, first of all, it is detected whether the measuring light gets out of a blood vessel to be measured or not and when it does not get out, measurement is started. When the measuring light gets out the blood vessel, the quantity of correction is applied so that it can be positioned on that blood vessel, and a galvanometric mirror 22 is moved. Next, the position of the blood vessel is detected on a one-dimensional CCD 42, a reference position is reset at that blood vessel position and after tracking is started with the new reference position as a center, the measurement is started.</p>
