FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this relates to continuous-action winning machine used for recovering virgin deposits of mineral raw materials, such as coal. Provided in this machine are functions of measuring and recording of chain sagging of plough pulling line by means of appropriate instruments, transmission of recorded data to device for adjusting and control of conveyor drive unit, regulation of conveyor drive speed so as to ensure tensioning of plough line chain and sagging of conveyor line. Sagging can be recorded according to deformation or displacement at return conveyor station according to change in rotation frequency with the help of sensors installed in zone of return conveyor station on ploughing line. Winning machine has two lines: one ploughing line and one conveyor line. Working members of ploughing and conveyor lines are connected to endless chain which run around conveyor and ploughing return stations. Located behind idle sprocket of conveyor station are guide members for introducing working members into ploughing line. Attached to ploughing line is device for recording sagging of chain. Computer controls conveyor drive, it receives data about sagging and reduces speed, thus tensioning chain on ploughing line and transmitting sagging to conveyor line.
