Female die for deep drawing

The female die comprises a balanced combination of components arranged inside the female die base (1). An optimal ratio adjuster, for the self-acting drawing space and deep-drawing operation position, causes a forming force. This function is via compaction of the total entrapped elastic compensation element (4) or expander element. In this way, a reaction force is exerted on the compensation element sleeve (2), working on the outer diameter of the product.
