PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person to know detailed contents of works accurately by preparing the detailed estimate through inputting necessary items for estimate management, calculating the estimated amount from the inputted quantities and unit prices, and emitting the estimate data according to the format which is specified. SOLUTION: To select any estimation processing out of a main menu, first an appropriate estimate cover is selected, and the fundamental items including the title, orderer, name of works, etc., are inputted, and then the estimate data is accommodated in the estimate overall file for each estimate cover selected. The desired estimate particulars are selected from the estimate overall file, and the master table of particulars, sub-tables of particulars and also sub- subtables prepared in hierarchy corresponding to the master table are displayed. The detailed estimate are prepared by inputting the items necessary for estimate management. The estimated amount is calculated from the entered quantities and unit prices, and the estimate data is emitted from the estimate overall file according to the format which is specified. |
