The connecting conduit between the compressor turbine of the exhaust gas turbocharger and the suction conduit is connectable additionally with the input of a further air compressor. The air compressor (3) has a heterogeneous air user connectable to it. In the connecting conduit (10) a regulating valve (14) is connected, which controls the distribution of the compressed air current in the suction conduit and in the compressor. In an air feed conduit (15) from the regulating valve to the compressor a switch component (16) is inserted, which changes over the compressor air input from the regulating valve to an atmosphere inlet (17).
