PURPOSE:To reduce manufacturing costs of a multistory parking garage. CONSTITUTION:A multistory parking garage provided with three dimensional racks A, an external communication part B, and a conveying device C is constructed so that a pallet P is placed on the floor face 9 of the external communication part B in a state where it is positioned in the external communication part B. Tire guide members 12 to be connected to the tire traveling parts 15 of the pallet P are provided on the floor face 9. The upper faces 12a of the tire guide members 12 are formed so that the end parts near the pallet P have the same height or nearly the same height as the upper faces lea of the tire traveling parts 15, and the end parts are inclined to the floor face 9 in the direction away from the pallet P. Thus, since a vehicle can move smoothly onto the pallet even if there is step between the floor face and the upper face of the tire traveling part, the floor face can be of flat structure, including the part on which the pallet is loaded, and the pallet can be structured so that it is placed and supported on the floor face. In addition, such advantages can be obtained without increasing the complexity and cost in manufacturing of many pallets. |
