A constant current source with a MOSFET, the drain terminal (D) of which is connected to a first terminal of the current source and the source terminal (S) and the control gate terminal (SG) of which are connected to a second current source terminal, in which between the control gate (SG) and the channel (K) of the FET there is a floating gate (FG) with a charge of the charge carrier type opposite to the channel type of the FET.
