<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten analysis time by filling a vessel with dust containing Zn, pressurizing it therein, forming a moisture containing specimen of the dust containing Zn, having a moisture content of a specified value or less, and analyzing the moisture containing specimen by a fluorescent X-ray. SOLUTION: The moisture containing specimen 1 of dust containing Zn is put into a cylindrical vessel 2 in a state of being sandwiched with water absorbing material 3, and pressure is applied with a pressurizer through a cylindrical metal mold 4 having a plane and the same outside diameter as the inside diameter of the cylindrical vessel 2. Thereby moisture of the moisture containing specimen 1 is absorbed with the water absorbing material 3, the water content is 12% or less, and the specimen 1 is formed into a disk-like solid specimen. The water absorbing material 3 is laid in the metal mold 4, the cylindrical vessel 2 is put thereon, the moisture containing specimen 1 put in from upward, the water absorbing material 3 is mounted thereon, and the disk-like solid specimen can be obtained in a method wherein pressure is applied with the pressurizer through the cylindrical metal mold 4 having a plane and the same outside diameter as the inside diameter of the cylindrical vessel 2. This specimen is analyzed with a fluorescent X-ray without drying it.</p> |
