PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject composition capable of treating a state, a disease and an abnormality in eyes by directly introducing a specific microcapsule into aqueous chambers and/or vitreous bodies. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a microencapsulated medicinal particle having about <=300μm particle diameter. The ingredient A contains (B) a pharmacologically active medicine and (C) a pharmacologically permissible biodegradable polymer. Furthermore, the composition is degradable at a rate for providing an effective dose of the ingredient A for a long period. A pharmacologically permissible buffer agent having 10-250μm average particle diameter or at least one of a cytotoxic agent and a growth factor is preferably contained in the ingredient A. The ingredient C is preferably a condensation polymer and the composition preferably contains a liposome comprising especially an isotonic liquid, containing the ingredient A and sealed in the cavity part.
