<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch ON and OFF stroke cancellation according to which of a speaker and headphones are used for listening. SOLUTION: The stereophonic reproducing device is equipped with switch means (12, 18, 24, 30, and 32) which couple the binaural signal from an input means with a speaker means through a crosstalk canceling means at a 1st position (unless a plug is inserted into a socket 18), and stops the crosstalk canceling means from operating and couples the binaural signal from the input means with a headphone means at a 2nd position (when the plug 24 is inserted into the socket). Consequently, an optimum three-dimensional sound filed is automatically provide for a user who is in auditioning using either the speaker or headphones.</p> |
