PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness to a substrate and printing resistance and to ensure superior production efficiency and economical advantageousness by forming a primer layer contg. a compd. having a thiol group and a compd. having a carbon-carbon unsatd. group. SOLUTION: A primer layer, a photosensitive layer and an ink repellent layer are successively formed on a substrate. The primer layer contains a compd. having a thiol group and a compd. having a carbon-carbon unsatd. group and is photoset before coating with the photosensitive layer. The primer layer may contain a photoinitiator besides both the compds. or may further contain an epoxy acrylate compd. The photosensitive layer contains at least one kind of compd. selected from among an ethylenic unsatd. compd., a diazo compd. and a quinonediazido compd. Adhesivenss to the substrate and printing resistance are improved and superior production efficiency and economical advantageousness are ensured.
