PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease filling dispersion of a paste active substance by rendering a front falling roller diameter greater than a rear filling roller and providing an intermediate supply roller in the same rotation direction upwardly of the rear filling roller. SOLUTION: A diameter of a front filling roller 3 is greater than that of a rear filling roller 4, and an inlet space S1 with a wide step H is formed between top faces of the rollers 3 and 4. Further, an intermediate supply roller 5 in the same rotation direction as that of the roller 4 is provided downward of a paddle 2 and upward of the roller 4. Thereby, dispersion of supply density and supply quantity of a paste active substance to be supplied by the paddle 2 while a wave is generated is corrected and supplied to the space S1. Therefore, a discharge quantity of the active substance from between the rollers 3 and 4 is increased, the discharge quantity dispersion is reduced, in the state of which an active substance can be filled to an electrode substrate G that migrates on a belt conveyor 7 via an opening 6 for paste active substance filling. |
