<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additional device capable of satisfactorily obtaining a repeat function by adding it to a recording/reproducing device. SOLUTION: This additional device 40 is provided with a semiconductor memory 4, a means 6 for generating a write-in/read-out address to the memory 4, a signal processing means 3 for digitally converting a sound signal from the output terminal 33 of the recording/reproducing device 30 based on the write-in address, writing it in the memory 4, reading out the signal from the memory 4 based on the read-out address and outputting it, and the means 16 and 17 for supplying a control signal setting a recording stand-by state and the release signal of the relevant state to the control terminal 31 of the recording/reproducing device 30 based on the switching by a switch means of the recording stand-by state from the state releasing the relevant state. Then, the additional device 40 is connected to the control terminal 31 and the output terminal 33 of the recording/reproducing device 30, and when the recording stand-by state is set, the signal written in the memory 4 is read out repeatedly to be outputted from the signal processing means 3.</p> |
