<p>PURPOSE:To treat a trouble while the line operating is being constituted by transporting on any work of minor degree of failure along the line, and bringing back a work of major failure to the specified position in the working yard from the side with car being assembled. CONSTITUTION:In case any failure in work 5 installing occurs in a process or processes selected from an assembly line 1, the type of failure is judged. If the failure is of minor nature, the work 5 is continued transported along the line 1; if of major nature, the work 5 is brought back from the side with car being assembled 2 to the specified position (work rest) 6 in the working yard. In the event of socket change trouble or any other trouble on the side with assembling devices 3A, 3B, 4, these assembling devices are put out of service, and the work 5 to be otherwise installed thereby is brought back from the side with car being assembled 2 to the specified position 6 in the working yard.</p> |
