PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving/emitting device capable of keeping reliability with a small-sized constitution without a seal structure and provided with a light branching function and a light deflecting function. SOLUTION: This device is provided with light receiving elements 22d, 22e formed on a first semiconductor substrate 22a, a light emitting element 22c formed on a second semiconductor substrate 22b loaded on the first semiconductor substrate 22a and a light branching part 23 having a hollow part 22a arranged on the first semiconductor substrate 22a so as to cover the light receiving elements 22d, 22e and provided with a light branching surface 23b inside reflecting laser light outgoing from the light emitting element 22c with the hollow part 22a and transmitting incident light from the outside through, and is constituted so that the light outgoing from the light branching surface 23b into the hollow part 22a is made incident on the light receiving elements 22d, 22e. |
