<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly close a valve seat channel so as to guarantee leakage sealing property in spite of the rounding of the edge part of the channel by wear with time. SOLUTION: A pressure regulator is the one for the first pressure degrease stage of a two-stage-type aqualung including a pressure decrease room 2 which is communicating with a entrance passage 4 for high pressure air or a breathing possible gas mixture or a connecting passage 34 to the second pressure decrease stage by a supply valve including the valve seat 12 and a guided closing element 10. In the first stage, a flexible room 22 is provided, which is for a membrane 24 being unpermeable and elastically deformation possible to operate a control rod 18 which controls the closing element 10 of the supply valve. The control rod 18 extends from the flexible room 22 to the pressure decrease room 2 with a communicating passage. The valve seat 12 of the supply valve is a planar shape and formed by a comparatively soft material and the closing element 10 which goes inside of the valve seat 12 channel is a conical or a semi-sphere shape and formed by a hard material.</p> |
