摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the discharge and measurement of a lead component of a biological matrix such as whole blood containing an anticoagulant such as heparin or ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) by bringing the biological matrix into contact with a specific lead ion discharge reagent. SOLUTION: When a lead discharge reagent is prepared, 10.0g of trichloroacetic acid is dissolved in 80ml of water in a 100ml graduated flask and the whole is adjusted to 100ml by distilled and deionized water (a) or 10.0g of trichloroacetic acid is dissolved in 80ml of water in a 100ml graduated flask and 4.3g of NaNO3 is added thereto and the content is adjusted to 100ml by distilled and deionized water to form trichloroacetic acid-containing 0.5M NaNO3 soln. (b) or, for example, 4.3g of NaNO3 is dissolved in a deionized aq. soln. containing 10g of trichloroacetic acid (c). 1.64g of Ca(NO3 )2 is added to this soln. and the mixture is stirred to dissolve all of solids and this soln. is transferred to a 100ml gradualted flask to be adjusted to 100ml by distilled and deoionized water to form 0.5M NaNO3 and 0.1M Ca(NO3 )2 -containing trichloroacetic acid soln.
