PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an AC circuit unit and a DC circuit unit to a plurality of different uses and solely use either of the units depending on the application. SOLUTION: When an alternating-current power is supplied from an AC power supply to an AC circuit unit 2, the AC circuit unit 2 is connected with a DC circuit unit 3 in advance. Then a direct-current power is supplied from the AC circuit unit 2 to the DC circuit unit 3, and the direct-current power is converted into a required working voltage. When a direct-current power is supplied from a DC power supply to the DC circuit unit 3, the direct-current power is converted into a required working voltage. The thus obtained direct- current power supply is used as charging power supply to charge a secondary battery 5. |
