PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of a photoreceptive layer from the side edge by positioning the side edge of the photoreceptive layer having an effective film thickness for image-forming on the more inner side than the side edge of base material film. SOLUTION: The side edge 2c of the photoreceptive layer 2 of an area A having an effective film thickness for the image-forming is positioned on the more inner side than the side edge 1c of the base material film 1. As a structure where the side edge 2c of the photoreceptive layer 2 is positioned on the inner side than the side edge 1c of the base material film 1, for instance the structure where the side end part of a photoreceptive sheet is inclined is given. The cutter of a cutting device is slightly inclined so that the side end part of the photoreceptive sheet is inclined at the time of cutting and forming the photoreceptive sheet manufactured. The inclined angle of the side end part for the bottom surface of the photoreceptive sheet at the longitudinal section of the photoreceptive sheet, namely the inclined angleπof the side surface is normally about 3-45 deg.. |
