PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a part of work to progress to a succeeding step without stopping the work flow in execution when a part of the work has being completed in a certain step but the whole work is not completed. SOLUTION: In the work flow system, a logical holder registering a reference pointer to information to be processed is circulated in accordance with the order of plural working processes, the processing contents of respective working processes and a work flow defined by determining persons in charge of the execution of respective working processes. At the time of executing the processing of a working process N1 defining a prescribed working process N2 as a post process, connection between both the processes N1, N2 is disconnected, the process N1 is divided to prepare a working process N3 to be managed by the same person in charge of the process N1 and at least another working process N4 to be charged of by an optional person, these processes N3, N4 are connected as the post processes of the process N1 and the process N2 is connected as the common post process of both the processes N3, N4. |
