PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain position detecting signals of three phases by using two coils as one set of parts by obtaining the position detecting signal of the third phase by inverting an electric signal having a width of a specific electrical angle by means of an inversion circuit. SOLUTION: Each member is constituted so that the widths of curves 28a, 28b,... can be separated from each other by 240 deg. at 120 deg. and the widths of curves 29a, 29b,... can be separated from each other by 120 deg. at 240 deg.. Therefore, the output signal of a terminal 6a becomes curves 30a, 30b,... and, accordingly, the position detecting signal of the first phase and the output signal of a terminal 6b become curves 31a, 31b,... and, accordingly, the position detecting signal of the second phase. The electric signal obtained by inverting the output of an operational amplifier 13b by means of an inversion circuit 25d becomes curves 32a,.... The widths between dotted lines 33a, 33b, and 33c indicated by arrows become 120 deg. and the separating angle between the lines 33a, 33b, and 33c become 240 deg.. Therefore, the same performance as that obtained when three position detecting coils are used can be obtained by using two position detecting coils as one set of coils by applying this to a reluctance type one-side wave conducting motor. |
