PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a state on an optional position as an image at real time by entering a corresponding actual image from an image input means by an on-line state and displaying the image based on live image discrimination data corresponding to a certain position on a map displayed based on a map data base. SOLUTION: A control device 2 is connected to a repeater service computer 11 through a computer network public line 10 and plural servers 14, 14a, 14b connected to the computer 11 respectively control video cameras 12, 12a, 12b and sound collecting microphones 13, 13a, 13b arranged on respective actual positions allowed to be disclosed to the public and record the data of these video cameras 12, 12a, 12b. A live image corresponding to a certain position on a map displayed based on a map database stored in a CD-ROM 4 is entered from its corresponding video camera and microphone on line based on the live image identification data corresponding to the position and the entered live image is displayed in real time.
