An oxime carbamate compound is provided to be usable for a photopolymerization initiator in the ultraviolet irradiation and to control the absorption spectrum of the photopolymerization initiator by introducing an aryl or heteroaryl substituent. An oxime carbamate compound is indicated as the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is (C6-C30) aryl or (C6-C30) heteroaryl; R11, R12, R13, R14 and R15 are independently hydrogen, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated (C1-C12) alkyl, (C3-C8) cycloalkyl, (C1-C12) alkylcarbonyl, and (C6-C30) aryl or tri (C1-C12) alkylsiloxy; m is an integer of 0 or 1; and n is an integer of 1-20.
