摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming sprayed coating in which the content of oxides in an Ni base alloy contg. Cr or/and Si is small by using a gas flame thermal spraying, to provide sprayed coating by the forming method and to provide thermal spraying material powder. SOLUTION: At the time of thermal-spraying a substrate with Ni base alloy powder contg. Cr or/and Si by using gas flame spraying to form sprayed coating thereon, the content mOx (mass%) of oxides in the sprayed coating of the Ni base alloy contg. Cr or/and Si is regulated by formula I: mOx=1.61×m×exp (-rmin /(5.8+0.27×m)) and formula II: m=mCr +1.5×msi [where rmin denotes the minimum grain diameter (μm) of the Ni base alloy powder, mCr denotes the content (mass%) of Cr in the Ni base alloy powder, and mSi denotes the content (mass%) of Si in the Ni base alloy powder].
