The dividing seam between the bend parts runs in a horizontal dividing plane, in an inclined in relation to the horizontal, or in a curved plane. A sealing component is fitted in the dividing seam. This is an O-ring (4) fitted in a half-groove on both sides. The lower bend part (2) is connected to the upper bend part (1) by a rapid closure with low tension. The rapid closure consists of at least one articulately located fixture stirrup (5) overcoming the resistance of a form cam (14) and snap-engaging behind it.
