Bellows connection for vehicle sections

The bellows connection (4) has hollow edge lips which are pressed into the open profile retaining strips on the end faces of each vehicle section. By inflating the hollow seams a secure grip is obtained without external clamping means. The inflating seam effect can be achieved by either inflating the seams directly or by inflating an insert tube liner. The inflated section is fitted with a valve. To remove the fitting the pressure is simply released via the valve.
