An arrangement for delivering chemical liquids comprises a primary section with a conducting region, and a secondary section with a mixing chamber, as well as a third section with an outlet channel connected to the mixing chamber. At least the second and third sections (3,4,5) comprise separate individual members with coupling elements (15,16). The coupling elements are preferably bayonet connections.
