APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CHANGING OF CLUSTER COLOR IN VEHICLE

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for changing the cluster color of a vehicle. The cluster color is changed to various colors in accordance with the driver′s selection and a vehicle condition to allow the driver to easily recognize the vehicle condition. The apparatus comprises: a mode setting switch which sets a color mode to change a cluster color; a color selection switch is provided to select a cluster color in accordance with the set color mode; a condition information acquisition unit which acquires condition information corresponding to the color mode; a control unit which performs mapping of the color mode set in the mode setting switch and the color selected by the color selection switch and stores the information, and controls changes in the cluster lighting color on the basis of the condition information acquired by the condition information acquisition unit; and a cluster lighting unit which changes the cluster lighting color in accordance with the control of the control unit.
