PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled rice cooling device in which installation space can be smaller, in which cleaning positions can be less, and in which cooling action can be cleanly performed. SOLUTION: In this boiled rice cooling device, at an upper part of a pot turning machine 1 for turning and discharging a boiled rice pot in which boiled rice is contained by an endless body 8 for elevation, a hopper 2 for receiving boiled rice to be turned and discharged, and a loosening machine 3 connected to the hopper 2 to loosen a block of boiled rice by plural agitation members 20 are provided. A first cooling duct 18 for blowing cooling air of low temperature and high humidity to the block of boiled rice is connected to the hopper 2, and a second cooling duct 21 for blowing cooling air of low temperature and high humidity to the block of boiled rice while it is loosened is connected to the loosening machine 3. |
