摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce the heart muscle crossing blood vessel neogenesis by stimulating the heart muscle by low laser power, producing a temporary path with the diameter to close as time passes, and making a stimulating area in the heart muscle layer with intervals. SOLUTION: This is a method to stimulate revascularization of heart muscle layer tissue in the ventricular wall of a human heart. The end of an optical fiber element 20 is moved toward front through the epicardium of a heart to invade into the epicardium layer, and a stimulation external injury area is formed by irradiating burst of comparatively low power laser energy and thereby capillary blood vessel growing and tissue revascularization are promoted. A great number of stimulation areas remote in radial direction from the axis line of the fiber element 20 or agreeing with it can be formed every time the optical fiber element 20 is punctured. This invention includes a device to move the optical fiber element 20 by a prescribed procedure and to control the laser irradiation. Performed by a surgical instrument through the opening on the base 12.
