PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a composite substrate, capable of improving position accuracy of a second substrate to a first substrate.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite substrate CS1 formed by soldering a second substrate 120 having a first side surface 120a and a second side surface 120b not parallel to each other onto a first substrate 40, comprises: a second substrate arranging step of arranging the second substrate via solder 7 onto the first substrate; and a soldering step of heating solder and soldering the second substrate onto the first substrate. A positioning member having a first contact surface 60a in contact with a first side surface and a second contact surface 60b in contact with a second side surface is fixed to the first substrate 40. In the soldering step, the second substrate is pressed to the positioning member so that the first side surface comes in contact with the first contact surface and the second side surface comes in contact with the second contact surface in a state where the solder is melted, and the first substrate is vibrated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
