<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain strange noise caused by a friction of a cleaning blade and an image carrier regardless of the kind of toner even when an image carrier is to be stopped or even when temperature under using environment is high by using a specified cleaning blade. SOLUTION: A cleaning device 61 is provided with the cleaning blade 611 made of polyurethane resin. The edge part of the blade 611 press-contacts with a photoreceptor drum 11 and also it abuts on the drum 11 in a counter system. In this image forming device, the hardness of the blade 611 is >=60 deg. and <=80 deg., desirably, >=66 deg. and <=80 deg., more desirably, >=68 deg. and <=80 deg. at ordinary temperature. The repulsive elasticity of the blade 611 is >=10% and <=65%, desirably, >=25% and <=65%, and more desirably >=38% and <=65% at the ordinary temperature.</p> |
