<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable discriminating the reliability of a memory disk after the finish of copy of a memory disk by checking a check flag provided in the last address of a memory disk. SOLUTION: An initialization means 11 writes '0' in a memory subtracting '1' from the last address of IC22E to the head address of IC22A of a flash memory 22 respectively, an erasing means 12 erases memory contents for each chip from the IC22E to the IC22A of the flash memory 22, and a memory disk is made an invalid state. Next, a writing means 13 copies capacity of 1.44 Mbytes of a RAM21 from the RAM 21 to the flash memory 22. After that, by writing data in also an area of 60K bytes having an area in which data is not yet written in the flash memory 22, a check flag of the last address of IC25E is made a check flag in a specific data region, a memory disk can be made valid.</p> |
