摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-isotropic electrically conductive film the pitch between electrically conductive fillers of which is extremely small in the order of microns. SOLUTION: The non-isotropic electrically conductive film 20 comprises fiber shaped metals 13a mixed into an insulating film in a rate of 4 to 180 pieces/m<2> where the diameter of each fiber penetrating through the aforesaid insulating film as thin as 3 to 50μm, is 0.01 to 0.2μm. Aluminum material is oxidized so as to be formed into a porous oxide film 11 provided with very small holes 12 over its surface, the film 11 is plated so as to allow the metals 13a to be filled in the aforesaid very small holes, furthermore, the surface of the film is covered with a plated film 13b, the film 11 is fused so as to allow the fiber shaped metals 13a to separate needle shaped deposits 13 bristling over the plated film 13b out of the aluminum material 10, let insulating hardening solution flow in the bristling side of the metals 13a of the deposits 13, the solution is then dried so as to be formed into an insulating thin film 14, the plated film 13b over the single surface of the thin film is fused, and let the thin film 14 be exposed, so that the non-isotropic electrically conductive film 20 is thereby manufactured.
