PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify at a glance the processing contents and input items in colors when plural business form processing operations are carried out by adding the color decided based on the color information set according to the designated business form processing to a business form. SOLUTION: The business form output color format data are set in response to the business form format data with correspondence secured between the color information and plural business form processing operations which are carried out to the business form that is designated by the business form format data. Then the business form output color format data are stored in a business form color definition memory 12c of a RAM 12. When a business form is outputted with display, the processing is designated to the business form among plural types of business form processing. Thus, the color information corresponding to the relevant business form processing is read out of the business form output color format data stored in the memory 12c. Then the business form is entirely displayed in a color decided by the color information. Therefore, the processing contents of the business form can be identified at a glance by the color of the business form. As a result, the entry omissions and input mistakes can be decreased. |
