PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly decrease the amount of accumulation for the method and the device of the system in which compressed and coded voice information is transmitted and received. SOLUTION: The voice information, which is compressed and coded by a voice coding section 3, is inputted to an accumulation second order compression processing section 2 or is made as transmitting voice information. In the section 2, the correlation value between adjacent frames is obtained, a compression process is conducted employing the continuous frame numbers having a large correlation value and a representative value by the average value within the continuous frames and the data are accumulated in a storage device 1. In order to reproduce the data from the device 1, the data are restored to voice information by a restoration processing section 7 and the information is inputted to a voice decoding section 6 or is made as transmitting voice information and the digital voice signals decoded by the section 6 are converted into analog voice signals by a D/A converter 5. |
