PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly increase the communication processing speed by starting as quickly as possible the communication processing that is hitherto kept waiting until the next check point is acquired. SOLUTION: When the communication packets are transmitted, a control part 21 compares the check point serial numbers added to the communication packets with the present check point serial numbers managed by a serial number increment part 22 via a comparison/decision part 25. If both check point serial numbers are not coincident with each other, a check point is acquired after a communication packet is produced and therefore the packet is instantaneously transmitted. If both check point serial numbers are coincident with each other, the relevant communication packet is transmitted after the next check point is acquired. |
