Production of glass fibre-binder material

Production of glass fibre-binder material comprises treating moulded body in a high frequency electromagnetic alternating field, i.e. under the influence of HF or UHF energy, in a hermetically sealed system, to prepare mortar or concrete moulded bodies containing glass fibres, to accelerate cement hydration and to form a homogeneous cement and/or concrete structure, so that a high temperature distribution in the whole glass fibre-binder material is always guaranteed. The treatment is carried out at 3 MHz to 3 GHz with an output of >3.5 kW and 1 min. to up to 10 hours.
