摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lubricating coating in which tin excellent in slidability, wear resistance and coagulation resistance is used as a matrix metal by subjecting the surface of a silicon-contg. aluminum alloy sliding member to surface treatment. SOLUTION: This sliding member such as a piston is the one having lubricating coating in which tin with 0.3 to 20μm coating thickness is used as a matrix metal on a silicon-contg. aluminum alloy, and in which silicon particles (b) having 2 to 200μm diameter are projecting into the lubricating coating from the surface of the aluminum alloy. By dispersing hard fine particles (a) of >=400Hv into the lubricating coating, the adhesion, wear resistance and seizing resistance of the sliding member remarkably improve.
