PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be free of peeling from a wood substrate, to be excellent in peeling from concrete, and to enable repeated use by sticking a film like member made of polypropylene resin to a plate through a hotmelt adhesive composed of a specified quantity of anα-olefin copolymer and a tackifier. SOLUTION: A concrete form is formed by sticking a polypropylene film on a wood substrate. Since the sticking of concrete is reduced by using the polypropylene film, the use of a peeling agent is eliminated, a beautiful concrete surface is obtained, and the generation of harmful gas is prevented when discarded. A hotmelt adhesive composed of 70-95wt.% of anα-olefin copolymer and 5-30wt.% of a tackifier is used as the adhesive. When the content of the copolymer is less than 70wt.%, adhesion is strengthened by the increase of the tackifier to cause difficult handling, while when the content exceeds 95wt.%, adhesion to the plate is deteriorated.
