<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute optimum control for coinciding a shape of rolled material to a target shape by adjusting a manipulated variable of plural groups of actuators based on the deviation between a shape of rolled material and target shape so as to eliminate deterioration of control performance due to mutual interference between actuators. SOLUTION: Actuators used are four kinds of coolant 1, tilting 2, VC roll 3 and bender 4. In the case these four kind actuators are individually controlled by respectively independent control method, because of mutual interference of actuators, in which each time constant, that is, each response speed is extremely different, deterioration of control performance and hunting due to mutual interference between actuators are likely caused, it is difficult to conduct optimum control as a whole system. Therefore, by making together actuators having relatively close time constant to groups and conducting collective control corresponding to the time constant of each group, trouble due to difference in time constant is eliminated.</p> |
