<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously provide document information including picture information even to a person suffering from a visual disorder by providing a first displaying means which visually displays inputted character information and picture information, and a second displaying means which converts it into braille picture information and stores it, and finger-sensuously displays it on the display screen of the first displaying means. SOLUTION: Data fetched from an outside input/output device 13 are stored in a data storage part 2 under the control of a central processing controlling part 1, and character data are converted into a braille image and graphic data are converted into a braille picture image by a data converting part 5 so as to be displayed on a braille picture display device 15. Then, a graphic output controlling part 9, pin picture output controlling part 10, character output controlling part 11 which controls the output of character information, and braille output controlling part 12 which controls the output of braille information are controlled by a picture output controlling part 4, and not only normal display but also a pin picture and braille information are outputted to the braille picture display device 15.</p> |
