PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency of a front task by confirming a using situation of each room, and collating a guest. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a picture display 4 and a room situation file for storing information related with a using situation of each room and the name information of a guest corresponding to the identification information of each room in a pertinent accommodation. The using situation of each room such as a vacant room, in-room, and reserved room is decided based on the information related with the using situation stored in this room situation file. Then, the identification information of each room is listed at the picture display 4, and each identification information is surrounded by a frame, and the name information of the guest is displayed with the using situation of the room in each frame. |
