<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely maintain a waste liquid whose main content is an electrolyte generated during manufacture of primary and secondary batteries by mixing a specific quantity of specific solvent with the primary and secondary lithium batteries. SOLUTION: A waste liquid whose main content is non-aqueous electrolyte generated during manufacture of primary and secondary lithium batteries is mixed with a proton-based solvent, a quantity of the proton-based solvent occupied in the water liquid is 40wt.% or more, which is stored. The waste liquids of the primary and secondary batteries include solvent of lithium salt and carbonate or the like and an electrolyte water liquid generated during manufacture of batteries or by washing of a battery manufacturing device. Lithium salt includes hexafluoride phosphorous acid lithium, peroxide lithium or the like in which free acid is generated by water.</p> |
