<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the congestion information transmission system in which information denoting it that its own terminal equipment is in a congestion state is informed to an opposite terminal equipment quickly. SOLUTION: A g-BRM cell (new BRM cell in its own equipment) generating section 4 generates a g-BRM cell based on a new ER value 21 denoting it that its own terminal equipment is in a congestion state. Upon the receipt of a new ER notice trigger 23 denoting it that its own terminal equipment is in a congestion state, a schedule section 5 allows an output cell selection section 7 to send a g-BRM cell generated by the g-BRM cell generating section 4 to an opposite terminal equipment in other timing than that of FRM cell transmission.</p> |
