The lifting device for milking clamps (4) is fixed to a clamp support (5) to which are connected flexible suction pipes (6). A cable (12) has one end connected to the clamp support and its opposite end connected to a control lever (7) carried by a wall (2) of a milking cell. There is a second lever (9) connected to the control lever which is displaced at the same time. The suction pipes are fixed to the second lever at a point which holds separated the clamps' support during its raising. The control lever is pivoted on the wall. The second lever is pivoted on the control lever and on a third lever (10) pivoted on the wall. This causes, during raising of the clamp support, tipping of the second lever and the straightening of the end to which are fixed the suction pipes. The lifting system is mounted on a rotating platform (1). The control lever has one end pivoted to a control part (14) having one end extending under the platform and displacing along a trajectory passing opposite a cam (16).
