PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operational property of shift operation and to drive and operate an electric motor in a proper state. SOLUTION: A control means H to control a working state of an electric motor 23 is constituted by furnishing a driving part 36 to regulate a motor supply electric current and a control part 35 to command control information for motor driving to this driving part 36, a pair of pressure sensitive switches 28, 29 to be separately operate to input in accordance with manual operation of a shift operating tool in reciprocal directions and to command starting of assist motion to the control part 35 as it is operated to input is provided and the control part 35 is constituted to command control information to the driving part 36 so as to supply the electric current for assist to the electric motor 23 so that the assist force works along the operating direction of the shift operating tool when starting of the assist motion is commanded by either of the pressure sensitive switches 28, 29 in shift operation structure of a working car furnished with the electric motor 23 to reciprocally give the assist force along the operating direction of the shift operating tool to be manually and reciprocally operated. |
