This invention relates to a universal filter which combines the function of separating metal solids which can cause damages to the systems involved, and producing a filtered fluid through an efficient and long lasting process; it is characterized in that it can be totally dismounted, it is easy to clean and reusable, avoiding the release of contaminant residues to the environment. This filter is applicable and adaptable to many systems where are involved contaminated fluids with suspended metal particles and impurities which shorten the useful life of mechanisms concerned. The optimized filter extends the time between cleaning services for its maintenance.
